About Myself (Sumit Manav)
I’ve been a yoga instructor and educator for over 20 years, having conducted several mindfulness retreats and corporate & personal wellness sessions, across the world (such as UAE, India, London, Germany, Austria and Sri Lanka)
The course has been designed over a period of about 6-months for yoga teachers who want to take advantage of opportunities to teach in the workplace – but aren’t really sure how to get started.
By the end of this course, you will be able to plan, promote, and deliver workplace yoga classes that are effective, appropriate, and sustainable.
I’ll be teaching you a framework that corporate learning and development professionals use to design programs that meet desired business goals and improve learner performance.
You’ll learn to assess business needs, develop materials, and deliver classes that are appropriate for the workplace – and deliver great results.
I walk you through this process step-by-step and provide you with over 16 in hand and customisable resources to support the administration and delivery of your classes.
