9:00 a.m. – Yin Yoga Breathe and Meditation. 60 – Minutes yoga session to release all the tension from major muscle group with Yin Yoga style, Pranayama to cleanse and balance.
10:00 a.m. – A short break to discuss and to connect with people
10:30 a.m. – Enjoy the yoga-tox session to elimination of the toxin and to give energy to your endocrine system
11:30 a.m. – Mid-Morning Snack (1 – apple – organic preferred (peeled and sliced)
12:00 p.m. -Yoga Nidra – Dive deep into your being and experience the deepest sleep & relaxation ever.
1:00 p.m. – Enjoy the Detox lunch with kale and spinach smoothie
1:30 p.m. – 3:30p.m. Chill out at the Pool overviews the Burj Khalifa, read the book try to disconnect as much as possible.
