Evening Yoga

As the day winds down, allow our evening yoga sessions to facilitate a profound deepening and lightening within you. These slower-paced classes incorporate aspects of Yin Yoga to release deep-seated physical and mental tension, preparing you for a restful night. Each evening culminates in an extended and deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra and Savasana.
