With over 25 years of practice rooted in the Himalayas and refined through decades of expert teaching, Sumit brings a rare synthesis of classical yogic tradition and modern understanding. He has personally taught at Emirates, PepsiCo, Emaar, Fairmont, Kellogg’s, and Shangri-La.
