How does the Challenge work?
It’s simple – practice Yoga 5- days a week for 31-consecutive days online. Every Day New Class, Every Day New Experience.
If you miss a day of your Challenge, not to worry, just make it up with a double class anytime within the 31 days – you can do this up to 3 times in total during the challenge duration.
We will be tracking your attendance based on the ‘live’ online classes.

I was introduced to Lifestyle Yoga and Sumit Manav – the man behind the organisation – around 4 years ago. I attended both the yin & yang yoga retreat & breath is life workshop. I found our trainer Sumit to be friendly, informative & attentive to each individual participant. Overall, I would highly recommend attending these workshops since they are exhilarating and up-lifting with plenty of tips for personal day-day use.

I went for the yin yoga, aqua yoga and chakra activation and it sure was better than expected! It was the perfect way to start the weekend. You’d think 4 hours is too much for a session but it was so perfectly designed that by the end of it, we were more energised than ever. I realized how much I’ve missed yoga. Each stretch was like a discovery of a muscle that was long forgotten. Will definitely join them again for a session soon. Thank you Sumit n team! 🙂
