This class will empower you to discover the strength within, one that will make you stand tall with pride and confidence.Immerse yourself in this calming practice to reconnect with your breath and let go of the mental chatter. Rebalance through a soothing sequence of yin poses designed to quiet your mind, body, and spirit.Take 60 minutes out of your day to give yourself the gift of yoga & meditation. Authentic Yoga & Meditation for Stress Anxiety and Insomnia
