Yin Detox Flow

Chakra Meditation & Mantra Chating:
Chakra meditation and beej mantra chanting are two ancient practices that have been used for centuries to promote healing and well-being.Chakras are energy centers located along the spine. They are said to be responsible for our physical, emotional, and spiritual health. When our chakras are balanced, we feel healthy, happy, and connected to ourselves and the world around us.
Beej mantras are sacred sounds that are associated with each chakra. When we chant these sounds, we are said to be activating and balancing the corresponding chakra.
