Most people are a blend of two — but one will feel like home. In the workshop, we go far beyond a quiz.
V - VATA (Air + Water)
Creative, quick-thinking, and enthusiastic. When imbalanced: scattered, anxious, dry skin, irregular digestion, racing thoughts.

P - Pitta (Fire + Water)

Sumit Manav has taught yoga for over 25 years — trained in the Himalayan lineage of the Dev Sanskriti University, learn from BKS Iyengar, and holding a Postgraduate Diploma from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya (DSVV) Haridwar, one of India’s most respected yogic universities.
Ayurveda and yoga are inseparable in his teaching. This workshop draws on the same principles at the heart of his forthcoming book — not content from a course, but 25 years of integrated practice offered to you in three hours on a Sunday morning in Dubai.

Not at all. We begin with the foundations. If you're completely new, this is the ideal starting point. If you have some existing knowledge, the depth will still surprise you.

None whatsoever. This workshop is about lifestyle and food — no mat required, no physical practice. Accessible to anyone, whether or not they practise yoga.
