1st Workshop April 11th | 2nd 11th May | 3rd, 13th June
WHAT IS CHAKRA RESET
Not just a workshop. A complete energy system reset.
Chakra Reset is a 3-hour immersive journey through all seven energy centres of the body — from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each chakra receives its own dedicated sequence of asana, pranayama, colour visualisation, and a live singing bowl tuned to that chakra’s precise healing frequency.
This is not a generic yoga class with some crystals added. Every element of the session is purposefully matched to each energy centre. The result is a layered, cumulative experience that most participants describe as the deepest healing they have ever accessed in a single session.
Chakra Reset is designed for two audiences equally: complete beginners who have never heard the word chakra and are simply drawn to the experience — and experienced practitioners who want a structured, immersive journey through the full system. Both leave transformed.
The four layers of healing in every session
- Chakra-Specific Asana
- Pranayama & Breathwork
- Beej Mantra Colour Visualisation
- Frequency-Matched Sound Healing
Yoga poses precisely chosen to open, stimulate, and release the physical tension held in each energy centre. Hips for sacral. Core for solar plexus. Chest for heart. Every pose has an energetic purpose.
Seven breathing techniques — one matched to each chakra’s energetic quality. Kapalabhati for Manipura. Bhramari for Ajna. Nadi Shodhana for the full system. The breath bridges body and subtle energy
Each chakra has its own colour frequency (red through violet). During each pranayama sequence participants are guided to visualise that colour filling and energising the chakra. Imagination as a direct healing tool.
Seven Tibetan singing bowls each tuned to its chakra’s exact healing frequency (256 Hz to 480 Hz). Played live during the session and together in the 45-minute closing sound bath.
One workshop. Seven complete awakenings.
Muladhara (Root Chakra) Base of spine · Earth element
The foundation of the entire energy system. Muladhara governs your sense of safety, belonging, and physical stability. When blocked, it shows up as chronic anxiety, financial fear, or feeling perpetually ungrounded — a very common state in Dubai’s fast-moving expat environment. We root down before we rise.
Svadhisthana (Sacral Chakra) Lower abdomen · Water element
The seat of creativity, pleasure, sensuality, and emotional fluidity. Svadhisthana rules how freely you feel, create, and connect with others. A blocked sacral shows up as creative blocks, emotional numbness, guilt, or difficulty with change. Hip-opening sequences dissolve the holding patterns stored in this region.
Manipura (Solar Plexus Chakra) Navel centre · Fire element
Your power centre — the home of confidence, will, discipline, and self-esteem. When overactive in high-performance environments, it produces burnout and control patterns. When underactive, it shows as low self-worth and indecision. We ignite this fire with twists and core work, then temper it with breath.
Anahata (Heart Chakra) Heart centre · Air element
The bridge between the lower and upper chakras — where physical meets spiritual. Anahata governs love, compassion, forgiveness, and genuine connection. In high-achieving environments, the heart chakra is often sacrificed for productivity. Chest and shoulder openers physically unlock the patterns grief and guardedness create in the body.
Vishuddha (Throat Chakra) Throat · Space / Ether element
The chakra of authentic expression — your ability to speak your truth, communicate clearly, and be heard. In multicultural Dubai where code-switching is constant, Vishuddha is frequently under strain. Shoulder rolls, neck releases, and sound-based techniques open this centre powerfully.
Ajna (Third Eye Chakra) Between the brows · Light element
The centre of intuition, inner wisdom, and clarity of perception. Ajna bridges the rational and the knowing. Information overload, constant screen time, and decision fatigue cloud this centre. Forward folds, inversions, and deep visualisation meditations reactivate it.
Sahasrara (Crown Chakra) Crown of the head · Consciousness
The final and highest centre — the portal to expanded consciousness, universal connection, and deep inner peace. We close the journey here with the most restorative postures, a long guided meditation, and the final bowl frequency bathing the entire body in stillness. This is the part that is hardest to describe and easiest to feel.
Three hours. Earth to sky.
The journey is carefully structured so each chakra builds on the last. You cannot rush this process — which is why we keep the session to 20 participants and ask that everyone stays for the full duration.
9:45 AM
Doors open — arrival and settling
Studio opens 15 minutes early. Herbal tea available. Participants set up mats, bolsters, and blankets. Soft ambient music. This transition time is intentional — it is the beginning of the shift out of ordinary awareness.
10:00 AM
Opening — grounding meditation and intention setting
Seated welcome circle. Clear, non-dogmatic introduction to the chakra system. Each participant sets a private intention for the journey. Eyes close. Silence deepens. The session has begun.
10:15 AM
Chakras I–IV: Earth to Crown (60 minutes)
11:15 AM
Mid-session break (15 minutes)
A gentle pause between the earthly and the expansive chakras. Herbal tea or water. Participants are encouraged to walk slowly or sit quietly — not to check phones. The break is part of the practice.
11:30 AM
Full-body sound bath — all 7 bowls (60 minutes)
The culmination of the entire journey. All seven singing bowls played sequentially across the full-body energy system while participants lie in Savasana. A guided narration links each frequency back to its chakra. Many participants report profound states of stillness they have never accessed before.
12:30 PM
Integration — journaling and optional sharing circle
15 minutes of quiet journaling with prompts for each chakra. Optional sharing circle for those who want to speak. Integration anchors the experience in the conscious mind — one of the most important phases of the workshop.
12:45 PM
Close — dedication and take-home practices
Closing moment. Sumit shares one post-workshop daily practice for each of the seven chakras. Every participant receives a printed Chakra Reset guide card to take home.
1:15 PM
Session ends · doors remain open for 15 minutes
There is never a rush to exit. Participants are welcome to rest, journal, or speak with the instructor before leaving.

Questions
Everything you need
to know.
-
No experience needed at all. Chakra Reset is designed for complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Every pose, breathing technique and meditation is fully guided, and modifications are always available. If you can breathe and sit still, you are ready.
-
Chakras are the seven energy centres of the body as mapped in yogic and Ayurvedic tradition over thousands of years. Whether you approach them as spiritual reality, energetic metaphor, or simply as a map of where your body holds stress and emotion — the practices work. Sumit teaches with both the ancient framework and a clear, grounded modern lens. You decide what it means to you.
-
The full session runs for 3 hours including a 15-minute mid-session break, from 10:00 AM to 1:15 PM. Doors open at 9:40 AM. Participants are asked to stay for the full duration as the journey builds cumulatively — each chakra you open prepares the one above it.
-
Wear comfortable, loose clothing in any colour you feel drawn to — many participants choose the colour of the chakra they feel most needs attention. Mats, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows are all provided by us. Bring a journal if you like to write, a light snack for after, and a water bottle. You do not need to bring any equipment.

Sound healing uses Tibetan singing bowls tuned to specific frequencies to calm the nervous system and activate the body's natural rest-and-repair state. In Chakra Reset, each of the seven chakras receives its own frequency-matched bowl during the session — from 256 Hz at the Root to 480 Hz at the Crown — followed by a 45-minute full-body sound bath at the close. No beliefs are required. The physiological response happens naturally.
-
