Session 1:Classical Hatha Yoga

Before we can build the new, we must stabilize the current. We begin with a pure Classical Hatha Yoga practice. This is not just exercise; it is a method to align your geometry with the cosmic geometry. By holding traditional asanas, you will cultivate the will power and physical stability needed to carry your 2026 goals.

Session 2: Breathwork & Trataka or Sun Ghazing Meditation

The breath is the bridge linking our mind and body. The practice of deep breathing helps to stimulate our parasympathetic nervous system, bringing us to a calm state.

Session 3: Nadabrahma Meditation (The Healing Sound)

Release the silent stress of 2025 with this ancient Tibetan technique. Nadabrahma is a humming meditation that uses sound vibration to heal internal conflict and unite the body and mind. It creates a “circle of energy” that purifies your aura, leaving you feeling incredibly light, peaceful, and open to receive.

Session 4: Manifestation Yoga Nidra

This isn’t just relaxation; this is subconscious reprogramming. Guided by Sumit Manav, this specialized Yoga Nidra session will take you into the deepest state of Alpha-Theta brainwaves. Here, you will plant your “Sankalpa” (Intention) for 2026, allowing it to take root in your subconscious mind.

Walking is a daily activity, much like breathing, that we often perform without giving it much consideration. Incorporating mindfulness into our walking routine offers the advantage of merging mental and physical exercises. Numerous studies have demonstrated that a leisurely 20-minute walk can alleviate mild depression, anxiety, and improve focus, all while enhancing our physical well-being. Especially in times when outdoor activities are essential for maintaining our mental health, such as during periods of lockdown, prioritizing our well-being becomes paramount.
